Steps to Become a Leader

There are several stages to becoming a leader.
We value the basics, so it is important that you are able to utilize each stage in your daily life.
You cannot complete the process on the Internet, so attending practice sessions in various locations is the start to becoming a leader.

The structure of step-up in the Reido Universal Federation is as follows.
Not only the level of conveyance, but also personality and popularity are required as you step up.

Participate in local practice sessionsThis is the stage of "actually experiencing" BUGAKU by coming into contact with it at the practice sessions held in real places.

Step 1. Participate in local practice sessions

Attend a practice session that takes place in a real setting.
Experience what is actually being done and learn the basics.

After you have mastered the fundamentals
and have received approval from the organizer
of the practice session,
you will be eligible to apply for the Grade 3 to Grade 1 examinations.

The fundamentals are very diverse, so it is necessary to continue practicing.
It is also necessary to have the correct training methods passed on.

Step 2.Passing the Grade 1

At each of our practice sessions,
we provide instruction based on the level
of the participants.
You can clarify what level you are at
by taking the examination.

Please continue to practice to clear
the issues clarified by the examination.

As you progress through the levels, it is not only your own proficiency that you will need to pass it on to others.

Purpose of Grade 3 to 1 examinations

Understand the basics of BUGAKU and make Rei a habit.
To "know thyself" to know where one's own level is now.

Step 2-①. Pass the Grade 3

The contents required for the Grade 3 are as follows.
You will need to master them through participation in practice sessions.

Contents of the Grade 3 Examination
How the examination is conductedThe examination will be conducted by two certified leaders or higher.
Acceptable Levels of Test
  1. To be able to perform the three movements and mantras of KOKOROZASHI-REI-HO by the GOREI-HO.
  2. Able to JIRITSU-ZEN-HO,SHICHIYO and SINDO-HO.
  3. Be able to express in one's own words the difference between dreams and KOKOROZASHI.
Eligibility(to take an examination)Anyone can take the examination.
Examination Fees
  1. Preliminary training: Varies depending on each practice session.
  2. Examination fee: 3,000 yen (including tax)
After passingA "Pass Exam Card" will be issued to those who have passed the examination.
Those who have passed Grade 3 are eligible to take Grade 2.

Step 2-②. Pass the Grade 2

The contents required for the Grade 2 are as follows.
While attending a practice session, it is necessary to communicate to those who attend.

Contents of the Grade 2 Examination
How the examination is conductedThe examination will be conducted by two certified leaders or higher.
Acceptable Levels of Test
  1. To be able to perform the six movements and mantras of KOKOROZASHI-REI-HO by the GOREI-HO.
  2. The KOKOROZASHI can be elicited, written and recited.
  3. Able to lead JIRITSU-ZEN-HO,SHICHIYO and SINDO-HO.
  4. Able to SESSHOKUKAIHI,SHICHISEI,TONO-HO.
Eligibility(to take an examination)Those who have passed Grade 3 are eligible to take the examination.
If the Certified Master or Certified Leader recognizes that the applicant is at the level to pass the Level 3 test, the applicant may take the Level 2 test.

Step 2-③. Pass the Grade 1

The contents required for the Grade 2 are as follows.
You will need to be able to not only participate in the practice sessions, but also be able to support and facilitate the operation.

Contents of the Grade 1 Examination
How the examination is conductedThe examination will be conducted by two certified leaders or higher.
Acceptable Levels of Test
  1. To be able to perform the nine(all) movements and mantras of KOKOROZASHI-REI-HO by the GOREI-HO.
  2. Able to lead contents up to Grade 2.
  3. Able to lead SESSHOKUKAIHI,SHICHISEI,TONO-HO.
  4. Be able to elicit the KOKOROZASHI of those involved.
Eligibility(to take an examination)Those who have passed Grade 2 are eligible to take the examination.
If the Certified Master or Certified Leader recognizes that the applicant is at the level to pass the Level 2 test, the applicant may take the Level 1 test.
Examination Fees

  2. Examination fee: 3,000 yen (including tax)
After passingA "Pass Exam Card" will be issued to those who have passed the examination.

Step 3.「Join the BUGAKU Online Community」「Join the Miroku Relative dynamics Laboratory」

This is the stage where you will gain experience as a full-fledged leader.
Not just anyone who has "passed the Grade 1 exam" can become an instructor; it is your own "way of being" that counts.
The question is, "What is the purpose of becoming an instructor?"
“What will you contribute to the society and people around you by becoming a leader?"
It is necessary to clarify these questions through communication.

The BUGAKU online community delivers content that focuses on the fundamentals.
The content is designed to help you apply the fundamentals you have learned in your daily life, as well as to help you pass them on to others.

The Miroku Relative Dynamics Laboratory is not a "course," but a community that creates a place to become leaders who continue to act as a team to embody the "KOKOROZASHI" and fulfill the "KOKOROZASHI" of harmony through “Rei” to the whole world. (There are conditions for admission, including the need for a recommendation.)

How to Participate
BUGAKU Online CommunityMonthly membership fee is required.
Miroku Relative dynamics Laboratory The following conditions are required for admission and monthly membership fee.

  1. Recommendation of at least 3 members.
  2. Must be a member of the BUGAKU online community.
  3. Have a Facebook account.
After joining, you will be able to post information as "Other Reido Practice Group" of Reido Universal Federation.

Step 4. "Certified Leader" and "Certified Master"

You will ascend to the level of "Developing People" and "Creating Places".
Develop leaders who connect to joy and fun, and inspire a desire to continue and learn.
To nurture people who create fields by themselves as highly qualified leaders.
We offer certification for the above purposes.

Step 4-①. To obtain certification as a "Certified Leader."

"Certified Leader" certification.
The purpose of the certification is to develop leaders
who will lead to joy and fun and inspire a desire to continue and learn.

“Certified Leader" Certification Details
How the certification examination is conductedThe certification will be conducted by three certified leaders or higher (one of whom is a certified master).
Qualifications for "Certified Leader" Training
  1. Must be at least 21 years of age.
  2. Join the BUGAKU Online Community and the Miroku Relative dynamics Laboratory.
  3. Those who have passed Grade 1 are eligible to take the examination.
※If you have lost your Grade 1 "Pass Exam Card", you will need to retake and pass the Grade 1 examination.
Certification Requirements
  1. Must regularly host a practice session at least twice a month.
  2. Must be making basic daily Facebook posts to their community.
  3. Ability to teach basic interpersonal training utilizing FT4,FN5,FC6.
  4. To be able to demonstrate the full version of KOKOROZASHI-REI-HO using the GOREI-HO.
  5. The recommendation of a majority of the "Certified Masters" must be obtained.
Training and other fees
  1. Certified Leader training: 20,000 yen (including tax)
  2. Examination fee: 5,000 yen (including tax)
  3. Certification fee: Free (included in the examination fee)
  4. ※”Certificate" and "certification badge" will be awarded to certified persons.
After certification
  1. Can challenge for "Certified Master" certification.
  2. Certification as an official practice session.
  3. Various contents related to " KOKOROZASHI-REI-HO " available.
  4. Examination and issuance of passing cards for Grade 3 to Grade 1.
  5. Co-sponsored the "Certified Leader Training" under the auspices of the "Certified Master" and the "Certified Leader Certification".
  6. Participation in training camps for certified leaders and above is available.
